We decided it was time to sell our house of 22 years and move to a small town. We didn’t have an agent so we put the blindfold on and threw a dart and Stephen was our call. He stepped in and before long it felt like we knew him for over 20 years . We looked at places all over the map. He was always there smiling and organized. He showed us the good and the bad of every place we looked at. He doesn’t need fancy statements or big billboards or bus logos . He is a guy who is a friend first and then an agent.He sold our house and found us our dream home. If you're looking for a person who understands the blue-collar working family this is your guy. No pressure sales , humble has integrity and is very knowledgeable in real estate. I will bet after the sale is done you will have a continued friend for years to come. We are not review people. This is the first one we ever did but this is how much Stephen has impacted our family.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new home for our family. We had a really terrible experience with a real estate agent and we're getting frustrated with the whole experience.I received a call from Robyn in regards to some rental houses I was looking at online. I talked with Robyn and she said she could set up some viewing of properties for us, to be honest I didn't even know that real estate agents would take you out to look at rentals. She was super helpful in every way. My boyfriend and I went and got a pre-approval and it ended up that we could buy, so we talked with Robyn. And she was excited to hear that we could buy and was determined to find us our new home. She was fantastic and went above and beyond scheduling viewings and taking care of everything for us. She is so nice and personable, and made the whole experience of buying a house truly enjoyable.By the end of it all, when we found our new house I was calling her our real estate angel. When we purchased our house, Steve did an outstanding job with a difficult property to sell and a difficult seller. We turned around and used him to sell our vacation property. I can't say enough about Steve's research and knowledge of how to sell a challenging property. He and his team went way above and beyond to help us sell our property which was sold in two weeks. Could not have been more pleased with the results. He and his team are the nicest, most professional people I have worked with. They were quick to respond to any questions and always so kind and patient with us. Loved working with them, glad our cottage is sold but will miss them. Highly recommend.
